About This Tour
Get ready for an unforgettable marine adventure with our Snorkeling Coral Gardens, Tarpon Feeding & Manatee Watching Tour from Belize City! This private, full-day experience combines vibrant reef snorkeling, thrilling tarpon encounters, and the chance to spot gentle manatees around the beautiful island of Caye Caulker.
Departing at 8:00 AM from Belize City, you'll cruise across the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea toward Caye Caulker, known for its laid-back charm and incredible marine life.
Your first stop is Coral Gardens, part of the world-famous Belize Barrier Reef — the second-largest barrier reef in the world. Snorkel in crystal-clear waters filled with colorful coral formations, tropical fish, and vibrant underwater scenery.
Next, experience the excitement of tarpon feeding in Caye Caulker's shallow waters. Watch these powerful, prehistoric-looking fish leap dramatically from the water as they feed — it's thrilling, safe, and perfect for unforgettable photos.
Finally, we cruise through the mangroves around Caye Caulker in search of gentle West Indian manatees. While manatees are wild animals and are not always visible, they are often seen resting or feeding in the calm mangrove areas surrounding the island.
