We booked a tour online through Belize Torus Marketplace. There was no cruise ship in port that day, so we were fortunate enough to have a private tour with just us. Jeff was absolutely amazing!! He took us by a wonderful little place in town for breakfast, then on to zipline and cave for tubing. He was more than accommodating and so knowledgeable. He even bought me a present for my birthday! The first day was so wonderful that we decided to book him for a 2nd day and go explore the ATM cave. He made sure that we got to see and experience everything that we were interested in. He made extra stops to purchase souvenirs, snacks and drinks. He suggested some local homemade foods and played some of the local music that made the trip that much more authentic. He truly made this birthday trip the best ever! Not only did we get to experience Belize in all its glory, we made a friend as well. I would recommend this company to anyone going to Belize. They truly went above and beyond to make our trip special!

We absolutely loved our tour and our guides! Lou and Dayton were very helpful in all questions we had while driving about an hour out to the cave tubing & Ziplining area! Dayton works with national geographic so he was very knowledgeable about the land and area we were in and drove very well while we were with him. The cave tubing was amazing and the Ziplining while I was terrified, was absolutely thrilling! Lou was fun to talk to, smart & courteous as well. We felt safe and in good hands the entire trip! I’d go again in a heart beat! Dayton even stopped on the way back to our cruise ship and bought us spices we never even asked for so we could take it home and make food with Belizean spices! Amazing company with over the top customer service!!

Awesome tour, we booked last minute while staying at the Radisson, we were unsure if it was possible to book with 1 day notice, but Lou and the team at The Belize Tours Marketplace emailed after the booking with our confirmation. Not only were they great with communication, but their pickup was on time and the tour was fantastic. We loved it so much we ended up booking our Lamanai Tour for our second day with them.

I emailed Belize Tours Marketplace to see if he could set up a tour for our group of 6 and he promptly got back to me with a date. I had a little trouble booking online (it could have been me not understanding the booking process), but Lou was always available via email to walk me through it. We had our own private tour and Neal, our Tour Guide, promptly picked us up at the Water Taxi stand at 8 a.m. We boarded the van and as we drove, he gave us information on the area, history and the people of Belize. Contrary to what was on the website as the itinerary, he chose to first take us to Altun Ha to tour the Mayan ruins. It was a good decision because we not only avoided the crowds, but also arrived in the morning before the heat of the day. Impressive! Next we drove to where we would be ziplining and cave tubing. All the time, Neal gave us more information and answered all our questions. Even though it is a bit of a long ride, it didn’t seem so bad when you had such a personable guide. When we arrived, Neal carefully timed our Zip Line adventure to again avoid the crowds even though it was high time for many of the cruise ship groups to be there. He gave us choices as to when we wanted to have lunch, etc. We never felt like he was “running the show”, but rather being our guide so we could get the most out of the day. After Zip Lining we had a delicious meal and time to relax. Neal arranged prior to our lunch to have a specific guide for the cave tubing portion of the tour. We had an opportunity to change our clothes and she met us. It was a trek to the mouth of the caves and the only advice I think could be added to the website is that you wear water shoes that you can walk in over rough terrain. Our guide for the Cave Tubing was a delightful young woman who, again, enthusiastically answered all our questions, stopped along the way for us to ask questions about the jungle we were walking through and made sure that we didn’t feel rushed. Later, I found that Neal had asked her to try to take her time so that all the crowds were cleared so we could leisurely float through the caves. We had the day to explore and Neal made sure we had the best experience! We had purchased a picture of our group taken during the Zip Line portion and because we reviewed and made our purchase at the very end of the day when things were closing up, I was a little unsure that our picture would get emailed to me. After waiting a few days and not seeing it in my email, I contacted Lou at Belize Fun Tour to ask for a contact email that I could follow up. He said he and Neal would look into it for us and that evening I received the picture in my inbox. That is customer care and service! I would highly recommend this tour and Belize Tours Marketplace. It was a wonderful experience.

We had a group of 9 and we had soooo much fun! We didn't have to worry about taking pictures with our phone because Adrian was always taking pics of us! We enjoyed every moments of it. Leo was amazing too, he pulled of us during our cave tubing. They were patient, knowledgeable and very entertaining! Definitely book with them! We did the Altun Ha, Cave tubing and Ziplining! You gotta do all three!
